Kansas System for the Early Registration of Volunteers

What is K­SERV? K‐SERV is an online registration system that establishes and verifies the qualifications of volunteer health professionals. The system verifies the identity, certifications, and licenses of volunteers to be used during incidents.

Why Register? Agencies are more likely to utilize your professional services if they can confirm that your qualifications have been verified. In the event of a disaster, you will be contacted in advance to help.

Who Can Register? Anyone can register in K‐SERV! The intent of the system is to identify any precedential willing healthcare volunteers. However, everyone has a skill to offer during a response. If you want to respond to the needs of your community during an incident, register in K‐SERV, regardless of your profession.

To register on K­SERV, follow these steps:
1. Get online and go to the K‐SERV website: https://servks.org/
2. Click on the “Register Now” light blue button
3. Fill in your information and press the “Register” light blue button
4. Validate your email by going to your email sent for validation and clicking on the Validate button.
5. Complete the demographic information and click “Save & Continue”
6. Enter any licensees you hold “Save & Continue”

You will then see a list of volunteer events if there are any activities. And you are DONE!!! Thank you so much!!
