The Gove County Attorney’s Office is primarily responsible for felony prosecution, misdemeanor prosecution, and domestic battery prosecution. The office is also responsible for handling the following cases:

  • Alcohol / drug care and treatment cases
  • Child in need of care cases
  • County traffic violations
  • Juvenile offender cases
